Flapper opening & closing
- If the water IS NOT running, it is most likely the Cam. Check for cracks & replace
- If the water IS continuing to run, it could be 1 of 2 things. Either the
- Look for the two blue wires attached to the solenoid (see picture below to locate them)
- Flush the toilet and immediately pull either one of the two blue wires on the solenoid
- If the water keeps running, the issue is with the solenoid
- Remove the solenoid and take it apart and clean the inner parts, we have a video for this here
- If that doesn’t solve it, you might need a solenoid service kit
- If the water stops during the solenoid test, then the issue is with the timer
